Behind creating this training programme there is an intention :
- to create supportive learning environment for people wishing deepen their NVC skills and integrate those into their daily lives;
- to create training oportunities in Northern Europe for people wishing approach towards becoming Sertified trainers with CNVC or wanting to become NVC Coaches;
- to create trainings with different NVC trainers offering for participants possibilities to experience different styles of teaching, create connections, get inspiration, deepen their NVC skills and understanding;
- to create and support NVC network connections in Estonia and internationally - get empowerment from meeting fellows from various different places;
- create space for sharing, learning, nurturing each others souls, having fun, connecting;

Programme is planned to last for 3-4 years, starting in 2007. Participate is possible in whole programme as well as in single moduls. Modules are planned to last 4-days each. Between modules suppose to be self-work, integrating skills into everyday life, coaching and supervising by trainers.
First year consist of 5 modules, all together 160 ac hours with learning goals - to practice NVC skills, to become familiar with NVC concept, awareness about key differenciations etc. Trainings are in English, if needed with translation. Most of the training days are countable in sertification process with CNVC (CNVC [1]).
NB! Participation in this training programm do not guarantee certification with CNVC!
